Using Modular Neural Networks With Local Representations to Control Dynamic Systems
Abstract
The objective of the research was to develop an artificial neural network with very fast learning. Many areas of activity and approaches have convinced us that we can perform training and access sufficiently quickly to allow real-time learning.
