Presented are the proceedings of the 17th Annual Electronics Manufacturing Seminar, held on 2-4 February 1993, in Ridgecrest, Calif. The proceedings include the papers presented at the Seminar and cover all aspects of soldering technology and electronics manufacturing. The proceedings are a compilation of information provided by both nongovernment and government sources. The proceedings are published in the interest of furthering communication and broadening awareness of current activities among soldering technology and electronics manufacturing specialists.
