The Army Adjutant General's Corps Regiment--Where Are We Headed and Who's in Charge?

Abstract

This report discusses future challenges for The Army Adjutant General's Corps in personnel policy development and implementation. Two kinds of future policy development are discussed: Personnel Service Support (PSS) proponency policy, and Total Army personnel management policy. The issue is, where are we going with future Army Personnel Policy, and who will be the leader in that important effort? The paper reviews personnel doctrine and policy areas and makes specific recommendations.
