Internal Gravity Waves at Abrupt Topography

Abstract

Objectives include description and modeling of the interaction between internal gravity waves and irregular bottom topography, determination of the significance of this interaction, and identification of appropriate theoretical tools to describe the interaction in oceanographically relevant parameter ranges.
