Comparative Assessment of the Services' Management of Their Space Operations Personnel

Abstract

I contend the most important ingredient for a 'healthy military space program' is people. Military people. Military space operations people. The purpose of this paper therefore is to provide a comparative assessment of how the Air Force, Army, and Navy manage their space operations personnel. We should be managing our space operations personnel, as we do all other personnel, to accomplish missions which are derived from overall national security strategy.
