Lightweight Exoatmospheric Projectile (LEAP) Test Program. Supplemental Environmental Assessment

Abstract

This LEAP Supplemental Environmental Assessment modifies previously planned LEAP Test Programs which demonstrate and evaluate advanced technologies to determine whether an exoatmospheric interceptor system is feasible. All potentially significant impacts from modifications to previous LEAP Test Programs will be precluded by implementing standard engineering practices, planned safety measures, and the mitigations measures in the LEAP Test Program, Environmental Assessment (July, 1991), and the USAKA EIS.
