United States/United Kingdom Command and Control Study

Abstract

This report documents the conduct, methodology, and results of Phase II of the United States/United Kingdom (US/UK) collaborative command and control (C2) study. It includes recommendations on enhancing or developing performance models and combat effectiveness models at theater level. This effort was an attempt to expand the procedures and tools used in studies to more effectively represent C2 and the impacts of C2 on the battlefield.
