Department of Defense: Defense Contract Action Data System Purchasing Offices List

Abstract

This manual contains Department of Defense purchasing offices that report data into the Defense Contract Action Data System (DCADS). These purchasing offices are broken into the five basic DoD reporting components: Army; Navy; Air Force; Defense Logistics Agency (DLA); and Office, Chief of Army Corps of Engineers (OCE) for Civil Functions. Within reporting component, these purchasing offices are sorted by purchasing office key (CODE). All data fields are intended to be self-explanatory, with the exception of 'DATE OFF'. A date in this field indicates that the purchasing office is inactive, with the date representing the date of inactivation.
