Standards and Trade in the 1990s

Abstract

This report recognizes the importance of standards in the area of military acquisition and cooperation within NATO. Standards, in various forms, are dynamic. New product development and standards development are progressing together. Hence, no report on standards can be final; it only can be a report on the present situation.
