Cultural Resources Intensive Survey and Testing of Mississippi River Levee Berms Crittenden and Desha Counties, Arkansas and Mississippi, Scott, Cape Girardeau and Permiscot Counties, Missouri,
Abstract
An intensive cultural resources survey was conduced. A total of 14 cultural resources were located. Two sites will be impacted by proposed project. None of the sites are considered eligible for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places. It is recommended, however, that archaeological monitoring take place when work is done in the area of site 3DE21
