Air Force CALS Business Practices

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to document lessons learned as a result of the current budget cycle so that the business process for future budget cycles can be improved at the Air Force CALS Program Office. This effort was limited to an analysis of documentation previously prepared for various budget activities/exercises at the Air Force CALS Program Office.
