Abstract

This report describes guidelines for the establishment and operation Of a Request for Proposal (RFP) Library. An RFP Library is a set of documents, often ranging in level of classification and limitation, that is viewed by potential government contractors. The report is divided into three sections. The first part contains the information necessary to set up an unlimited, unclassified RFP Library. The second section of the report outlines the security measures that must be taken with limited and classified documents. The final part 66 the report contains information on how to sign potential contractors into and out of the RFP Library. Contracts, Contractors, Contract proposals, Contract administration.
