Theoretical Investigation of Some Novel Phenomenal in Artificially Structured Semiconductors

Abstract

During the past three years my collaborators and I worked on problems in the following areas: Double quantum well systems; Impurity levels in quantum wells; Diagrammatic techniques for finite multilayer structures; Collective excitations at surfaces; and Magnetic polaron effects.
