Abstract

The Report describes fatigue and crack growth tests of Ti-A16-4V, IMI 685 and Ti-17 specimens under constant amplitude and under variable amplitude TURBISTAN loading sequences at room temperature. Five crack growth models are evaluated and compared against experimental data. Microstructure and fractography data for the tested materials are also presented....
