Abstract
We defined food safety activities as those carried out to assure that food is safe, sanitary, wholesome, and properly labeled. Food quality activities are defined as those establishing standards of quality and condition, grading food products according to the standards, certifying that food products meet the standards, and inspecting food products for compliance with the standards
