Manpower Requirements Report FY 1994

Abstract

The Secretary of Defense hereby submits to the Congress the Department Manpower Requirements Report (DMRR) for FY 1994 in compliance with Section 115a of Title 10, United States Code (U.S.C.). This report should be read and used along with the Report of the Secretary of Defense to the Congress on the FY 1994 Budget.
