Contract Management Paperless Automated Support System and Automation of In-Plant Quality Assurance Representative Records Economic Analysis

Abstract

This report documents the updated economic analyses of the COMPASS and AUTOQAR systems. The COMPASS analysis included the Audit Transmission System (ATS) and the Terminations Management System (TAMS). Both analyses resulted in a substantial positive net present value of benefits compared to costs. A 10% discount factor was used. All costs incurred prior to Fiscal Year 1993 were considered sunk.
