Joint Test and Evaluation Procedures Manual

Abstract

This Manual sets forth the policy whereby the Deputy Director, Defense Research and Engineering (Test and Evaluation) administers the DoD Joint Test and Evaluation program. This Manual provides a description of the joint test and evaluation nomination and selection process, describes the organizational framework within each Service which supports the program, and identifies principal participants and their respective responsibilities.
