Information Center Help Desk
Abstract
Four major activities were included in this project: (1) the identification and classification of the types of Help Desk support typically provided by an Army IC; (2) a survey of technology, both hardware and software, that is available to specifically support the IC's Help Desk function; (3) data collection to support an evaluation of this technology with respect to its ability to handle the types of Help Desk support provided; and (4) production of a final report documenting the results of the surveys.
