Abstract
This publication is one of a series prepared and/or distributed by the Legal Assistance Branch of the Administrative and Civil Law Division of The Judge Advocate General's School (TJAGSA). Legal assistance attorneys should find this series useful in the delivery of legal assistance. The information contained herein is as current as possible as of the date of publication.
