Abstract

This guidance addresses the requirements of the laws, regulations, policies and procedures concerning the Air Force Installation Restoration Program including the related Third Party Sites program. It addresses issues at the installation, Major Command and Air Staff levels of the program. This guidance is a framework within which managers are encouraged to use well-informed judgment and innovative solutions or approaches to the program
