Abstract

This final technical report describes Battelle support of the Air Force Paperless Acquisition Initiative. The project team recommends AFMC establish and operate a multi-disciplined organization to assist PMOs in getting the right information, to the right people, at the right time to more effectively manage their acquisition program. This organization will help the Program Manager to economically and expeditiously take advantage of state-of-the-art automation technology capabilities using an open systems framework....
