Drug and Alcohol Abuse Reports

Abstract

This Directive replaces reference (a) DoD Instruction 1010.3, 'Drug and Alcohol Abuse Reports', assigns responsibilities, and prescribes reporting requirements for drug and alcohol abuse in the Department of Defense, cancels Report Control Symbols (RCSs) DD-HA(Q)1585 and DD-HA(Q)1169.
