Reserve Components Incapacitation Benefits

Abstract

This Directive establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures, under references (a) Sections 204, 204(g), 204(h), and 206 of title 37, United States Code, (b) 'Department of Defense Military Pay and Allowances Entitlements Manual,' and (c) Sections 1074 and 1074a of title 10, United States Code, on the entitlement to incapacitation pay and medical and dental benefits (after becoming disabled) for members of the Reserve components.
