Abstract

This directive reissues reference (a) DoD Directive 1330.12 to: (1) Update DoD procedures as they pertain to the United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO); (2) Assign specific DoD responsibilities regarding the USO mission; and (3) Provide a revised Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the DoD and the USO.
