Qualitative Distribution of Military Manpower

Abstract

This Directive reissues reference (a), DoD Directive 1145.1, subject as above, September 13, 1967 (hereby canceled), and establishes policy governing qualitative distribution of manpower accessions to the Active and Reserve Military Forces. This Directive applies to the Military Departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, and their Reserve components
