Abstract

In the new geopolitical structure of the world, collective security arrangements are seen as the new way to guarantee international peace and security. Codifying Chapter 61/2 of the UN Chapter and entering Article 43 agreements is gathering support in the U. S. If this action comes to pass what should U. S. defense policy be in this new era
