Foreign Military Sales Between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany

Abstract

This Instruction reissues reference (a) DoD Instruction 2110.32, 'Financial Procedures for Military Assistance Sales Under the Military Procurement Agreement between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany,' and supplements references (b) DoD Directive 5132.3, 'Department of Defense Policy and Responsibilities Relating to Security Assistance,' (c) Military Procurement Agreement between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany, and DoD Instruction 2110.29, and prescribes uniform procedures for accounting and preparing requests for monthly advances of funds for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases from the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG).
