International Interchange of Patent Rights and Technical Information

Abstract

The purpose of this directive is to restate Department of Defense policy concerning the international interchange for defense purposes of patent rights and technical information. Reference (a) DoD Directive 2000.3, 'Technical Property Interchange Agreement', it hereby superseded and cancelled.
