Wastewater Treatment Programs

Abstract

The goal of wastewater treatment program is to operate effective, efficient utility systems and to comply with Federal, state, and local laws; with conditions of National Pollutants Discharge Elimination System permits; and with publicly owned treatment works agreements. The overall objective of this audit was to evaluate the Military Services' long-range plans and program execution for wastewater treatment systems.
