Abstract

This instruction implements reference (a) DoD Directive 5100.53, 'U. S. Participation in Certain NATO Groups Relating to the Research, Development, Production and Logistic Support of Military Equipment,' and provides guidance to Department of Defense (DoD) components with respect to the U.S. participation in North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Groups, as defined in reference (a).
