Retirement Planning Programs.

Abstract

This Instruction establishes policies and assigns responsibilities for the development, implementation and operation of retirement planning programs for civilian personnel in the Department of Defense. The provisions of this Instruction apply to all DoD Components (Military Departments, Defense Agencies, Unified and Specified Commands, and the Office of the Secretary of Defense and all activities administratively supported by the OSD).
