Abstract
This Directive reissues DoD Directive 1400.13, subject as above, August 28, 1970 (hereby cancelled) to update it administratively, and to incorporate current interpretations of Defense Department Overseas Teachers Pay and Personnel Practices Act (P.L. 86-91; 73 Stat 213), as amended by P.L. 87-172 (75 Stat 408), and P.L. 89-391 (80 Stat 117) (20 U.S.C. 901 et seq.); and DoD Directive 1400.13 subject as above, August 28, 1970 (hereby cancelled).
