Criteria and Procedures for Providing Assistance to Local Educational Agencies (LEAs)

Abstract

This Instruction establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures under reference (a) Title II of Public Law 101-511, 'Department of Defense Appropriations Act,' November 5, 1990 for the Department of Defense to provide financial assistance to the LEAs that are heavily impacted by the military presence.
