Abstract

This Instruction reissues reference (a) DoD Instruction 1338.18, 'Armed Forces Clothing Monetary Procedures Policy,' November 12, 1980 to update policy and procedures and assign responsibilities concerning the administration of the Armed Forces clothing monetary allowances.
