Payment of Death Gratuity to Survivors of Certain DoD Personnel Assigned to Intelligence Duties

Abstract

This Directive implements reference (a) Title 10, United States Code, Section 1489 and establishes policy, prescribes procedures, and assigns responsibilities to govern the payment of death gratuities to survivors of certain DoD personnel assigned to intelligence duties.
