Abstract

This Directive reissues reference (a) DoD Directive 3200.11, Use, Management and Operation of Department of Defense Major Ranges and Test Facilities, June 18, 1974 to reflect changes in scope and to delineate policies and responsibilities for the management and operation of specific Department of Defense test and evaluation (T and E) activities (hereafter referred to as the Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB)).
