Abstract

Establishes Subparts A through E and Appendices A and B of Part 280 of Title 32 of the Code of Federal Regulations (enclosure 1) as the DoD implementation of reference (a). Establishes a new regulation (enclosure 2) to implement reference (b) as it applies to grants.
