Dropping Retired Military Personnel from the Rolls of the Armed Forces.
Abstract
This Directive reissues reference (a) DoD Directive 1332.16, which is hereby cancelled, it establishes the policy and procedures governing the dropping from the rolls of the armed forces under reference (b) Sections 1161(b), and 6408(b), title 10, USC, of those members who are entitled to retired pay and whose retired pay is forfeited under the provisions of reference (c) Title 5, USC, Chapter 83, Subchapter II.
