Abstract

This Directive establishes uniform DoD policies and procedures for implementing the DoD Injury Compensation Program in accordance with reference (a) Title 5, United States Code, Section 8101 et seq., which provides benefits to civilian employees of the Federal Government for disability due to personal injury, disease or death arising out of or within the scope of employment
