This report contains an analysis of the potential environmental impact of the relocation of the Weather Training Division and associated personnel from Chanute AFB (Rantoul, Illinois) to Keesler AFB (Biloxi, Mississippi) as part of the Secretary of Defense's decision regarding base realignments and closures.
