Safety Program for Chemical Agents and Weapon Systems

Abstract

This Instruction reissues DoD Instruction 4120.13, 'Safety Program for Chemical Agents and Associated Weapon Systems,' April 30, 1970 to update DoD policies and procedures and assigns responsibilities for minimizing the potential and severity of DoD chemical agent accidents through the application of safety management and system safety principles.
