Management of Land-Based Water Resources in Support of Contingency Operations

Abstract

This Directive: 1. Reissues reference (a) to update policy, responsibilities, and procedures for management of land-based water resources in support of contingency operations to ensure inter-Service compatibility and interoperability of water support equipment. 2. Designates the Secretary of the Army as the DoD Executive Agent for land-based water resources.
