Data Presentation Report, Army Spill Sites, South Plants Manufacturing Complex. Version 3.2. Phase I
Abstract
This final report documents the Phase I contamination survey of 21 Army Spill sites in the south plants area. 184 samples from 53 borings were analyzed for volatile and semivolatile organics and metals. 32 of 52 target analytes were detected within or above their respective indicator ranges. BCHPD, CHCL3, DCPD, ALDRN, CLDAN, DLDRN, ENDRN, CL6CP, CD, CR, PB, ZN, AS, and HG were detected at high concentrations. No Phase II program is proposed for the Army Spills task because additional sampling has been conducted under task 2, the shell spills program, and the south plants regional study.
