Conference on Applications of Artificial Neural Networks and Related Technologies to Manpower, Personnel, and Training

Abstract

This conference proceedings documents papers presented at the Artificial Neural Networks and Related Technologies to Manpower, Personnel, and Training Conference held at the Navy Personnel Research and Development Center on 2-3 February 1993. Conference participants represented the academic and military research communities, both governmental and private. Conference presentations discussed the relationship of neural networks to statistics, personnel, brain activity, expert systems, classification and learning, and tactical issues. A conference seminar discussed learning in A Neural Networks: A Statistical Perspective.
