Abstract

This study is part of a continuing assessment of the performance of the Irondale DBCP control system in preventing the off-post migration of contaminated ground water. The investigation included the collection and evaluation of data from monitoring wells, the treatment system, and the SACWSD production wells. The data collected were used to develop water table maps, ground water profiles, DBCP concentration maps, and summaries of the total volume of water pumped by the control system and by the SACWSD wells. The effectiveness of the boundary system during 1984.
