Test and Evaluation Management Guide

Abstract

This guide is one of a family of educational guides written from a DOD perspective (i.e., on-service peculiar). It is intended primarily for use in the courses at the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC) and secondarily as a desk reference for program and project management personnel. It has been developed to assist the acquisition community in obtaining a better understanding of who the decision-makers are and determining how and when to plan test and evaluation events.
