Commercial Training Device Requirement (CTDR) for Lightweight Moving Target System (LMTS)

Abstract

The Army has a requirement to furnish lightweight moving targets for our present and future Multipurpose Machine Gun Ranges, MK-19 Ranges, Anti-armor Ranges, Portable Remote Target System (RETS) Ranges and augment Multipurpose Range Complexes (MPRC).
