Abstract

This Instruction supplements reference (a) DoD Directive 5160.53, 'Single Manager Assignment for Military Traffic, Land Transportation, and Common-User Ocean Terminals,' March 24, 1967 and provides Department of Defense (DoD) policy governing the Defense Freight Railway Interchange Fleet (DFRIF).
