Abstract

The Directive establishes the DoD International Technology Transfer Coodinating Committee pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary of Defense under reference (a). Prescribes the functions, responsibilities, and authorities of the Committee. Cancels enclosure 2 of reference (b).
